1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received and cleared.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak times (holidays or sales events), additional processing time may be required.

  • Order confirmation email after placing the order
  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order is shipped

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship within the United States and to select countries internationally (Canada, U.K., Australia, and select Europe/Asia regions).
  • Certain items may not be eligible for shipping to some locations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.

5. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
Free shipping applies automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.


6. Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
We will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier or provide a replacement if necessary.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
These fees are NOT included in the shipping cost.
NAMAMA LLC is not responsible for customs delays.


8. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

9. Shipping Delays

External factors such as weather, customs, strikes, or carrier issues may cause delays.
NAMAMA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by these factors.
