Refunds & Returns
At NAMAMA LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to help you with a return or refund under the following terms:
1. Return Period

You have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to return your items for a full refund or exchange.

If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.

All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact and included.

Certain products may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened beauty products, perishable items, etc.). Please check product descriptions for specific return eligibility.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at namama@namamausa.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Package the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories. Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.

Ship the Item: Ship the item to the address provided in your return instructions. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and applied to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or size, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at namama@namamausa.com.

We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Personalized or custom-made items

Opened or used items (e.g., skincare, beauty, hygiene products)

8. Late or Missing Refunds
